FEV Tutor, a social impact driven leader in K-12 EdTech and leader in High Impact Tutoring, is looking to grow our Corporate Team with the addition of a Sales Operations Specialist to join us working side by side our SVP (and other Sales Leadership). Position Summary:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sr. Vice President (and other Sales Leadership) and the Sales Team to streamline key aspects of our scaled national sales organization. Key areas of responsibility would include fostering and catalyzing the use and optimization of the company CRM (Salesforcecom), supporting sales team members in the proposal, quote and contracting efforts, bridging the contracting to billing/collections process for billing efficiencies and working closely with the SVP on special projects related to business growth. The right candidate will collaborate with the Sales Team, Marketing Team, Academic Support Team, and Billing/Collections team and become a liaison to streamline interdepartmental processes as it relates to contracting and sales company-wide.
This position will provide the right candidate a career-pathway as part of a high-growth EdTech organization and rapidly develop business, sales and administrative skills to grow professionally. This role will report directly to FEV Tutor’s Sr. Vice President and is expected to be ready to help contribute immediately.
Responsibilities:
- CRM (Salesforce.com) Management and Support
- CRM Workflow and Process Improvement
- Contract, Proposal and Quote Support (Admin & Design)
- Sales Department to the Finance Department: Workflow Optimization and Administration
- Sales Team Follow Up and Engagement: On Behalf of the SVP
- Sales Analytics: Pipeline management, lead source management, sales/goal quota management, and analyzing all regularly for follow up with SVP
- Administrative Opportunities: Supporting SVP for Sales Meetings (Internal and External), Follow Up with various departments, connecting dots and keeping organized
- Special Projects: Attend high level Sales Meetings to learn the market and selling process, help with GoToMarket Strategy on current and emerging products and be a part of bringing new products to market, work with product development on positioning current product and new features and benefits, etc
- Help develop and orchestrate sales training and PD opts for the sales team
- Market Research & Trend Analysis to empower the sales team and FEV Tutor to be on the leading edge of GTM
- Help organize and create efficiencies in SVPs schedule
- Additional Admin Support work
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience level: 2-4 years working in Sales, Sales Admin, Sales Support (SDR, BDR, Support Specialist, etc)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com (relatively extensive) or like CRM
- Familiarity with G-Suite for Business (Google Sheets, Etc)
- Analytical Mindset

- Ability to collaborate and connect multiple departments together (processes and data)
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple ongoing projects
